Technology for Agriculture
Heartwood will experiment with proven capabilities previously used to support our men and women in uniform and adapt those capabilities to demonstrate applicability to improving agriculture return on investment. We will use the prototyping and production capabilities organic to our Parent Company, Arrowmaker Group Inc., to develop agriculture focused products and services. Our Experimental Farm will focus on experimenting, testing and fielding the following:
- Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) best suited for application in agriculture
- Sensors to conduct Aerial imagery, environmental monitoring, and field condition measurement for situational awareness
- Software that integrates multiple data and information feeds to produce a Common Operating Picture
- Networks that allow scalability to manage the growing suite of agriculture technology and built to work with the available bandwidth
